Many times they don't need a train full of deliveries from that off map "city", but since a train can only wait for so long to fill. If all your cargo terminals are connected to the outside connections then each terminal will call for it's own delivery train to supply their local needs. only airport connected industry i will be tried. probably i delete some train roads and some industry approximately down 200k population and change the city connections and industry lanes. i duplicate railways, tourism, inside person transport trains and freight trains. and my industry wants many trains because if i dont establish they not enough buyers saying and outside connections have too many car. they actually normal going to go these degree and height changes.
and every road connected another one, i know. but it is not problem because this highways sometimes many crowded but generally good. Yeah that highways neighborhood connection spaghetti stle because 5 highways connect there. You need to fix that or your trains will always back up no matter what else you do right. Still, in the first screenshot I see at least two or three trains blocking the underground Y junctions. I see lots of one–way roads though, and that is probably not helping things. The center of the first screenshot is a huge pile of spaghetti there’s no way to know what’s going on in there. Your highway interchanges need work as well In the second screenshot you were really squeezed for space so it’s no wonder the junction is ugly and cramped, but are you sure that traffic on each highway can go in all directions? Each leg of the triangles needs to be long enough to hold a whole train, so that if a train cannot leave the junction then it doesn’t block the train behind it from turning.
